Villa Antula is located on an elevated section of Dolac and consists of 5 apartments with various capacities. The distance to the beach is approximately 200 meters. Since the building is located on an elevation, the apartment terraces enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands.
Apartment 1 – Ground floor, 60 m2 and equipped for 4+1 persons The apartment consists of: 2 bedrooms, an open planed kitchen and living room, a private bathroom and a large terrace.
Apartment 2 – 1st floor, 90 m2 and equipped for 6+2 persons The apartment consists of: 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room, 2 private bathrooms and 3 terraces.
Apartment 3 (Studio apartment) – 2nd floor, 22 m2 and equipped for 2 persons The apartment consists of: a living/bedroom with kitchenette, a private bathroom and a terrace.
Apartment 4 – 2nd floor, 30 m2 and equipped for 2+1 persons The apartment consists of: 1 bedroom, an eat-in kitchen, a private bathroom and a terrace.
Apartment 5 – 2nd floor, 30 m2 and equipped for 2+1 persons The apartment consists of: 1 bedroom, an eat-in kitchen, a private bathroom and a terrace.

Guests are welcome to use the grill. We also offer a free sample of our homemade olive oil, wine and brandies, which are available for purchase. Laundry services are available at an additional charge.
Dolac is a small town on the Adriatic coast, centrally located between the UNESCO sites of Šibenik (22km to the north) and Trogir (30 km to the south), and only 3.5 km from the well known summer destination of Primošten. The town itself is quiet, serene, and far from crowds, providing for a truly relaying holiday experience. Clean air and the scent of the Mediterranean are ideal for relaxation and deep sleep. At the same time, should you desire lively entertainment, Primošten is located only a few kilometers away.
Dolac has beautiful beaches, both rocky and pebbled – the later ideal for children.
Within the town there are restaurants and cafes. In addition to large supermarkets which are easily accessible by car, groceries can be purchased over the summer months at the nearby auto-camp, which is only a few minutes walk away. In the area surrounding Dolac are the national parks Kornati and Krka, which are must-see destinations. Both parks can be toured either individually or with organized excursions.
The city of Šibenik, with its rich historic and cultural center, is only 20 km north from Dolac. One of the most well-known sites in Šibenik is St. James Cathedral, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. To the south of Dolac are the cities of Trogir and Split, two Dalmatian cities that also attract great interest from visitors to this part of Croatia. They too are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Primošten is a well known and established tourist destination. In addition to its rich variety of restaurants and cafes, on offer are a host of clubs and nightspots that are open late into the night. Close to Primošten is club “Aurora”, known far and wide for hosting some of the worlds most well-known DJs. With its large outdoor terrace, the club provides for an exceptional experience over the summer months. Primošten has all the essential necessities for visitors, including tourist offices, medical facilities, a drug store, police station, post office, banks, ATM machines, stores, etc. On a side note, Primošten is proud of its world renowned vineyards which are planted on extremely rocky terrain. A picture of these vineyards is located at the United National building in New York as a testament to human labor.
