The city of Hvar is a unique fusion of luxurious Mediterranean nature, rich cultural and historical heritage, and mundane, tourist present.
It is situated in picturesque nature, facing the southern, side of the world that has given it all Mediterranean attraction and cheerfulness; facing sea, that gave it splendid and repeatable history, Hvar is an inexhaustible treasury of the scenery, atmosphere and adventure.
Its name derives from the Greek name for island and town, that stood where today Stari Grad (Hvar became an island’s centre in 13th century) stands - PHAROS.
Hvar gained glory and power during middle ages being an important port within the Venetian, naval empire. Today, it is centre of island’s tourism and one of the favourite destinations in Dalmatian riviera - a town of smiling and courteous people, who are almost only dedicated to tourism.

The Three Little Sisters apartments were built in 2002 and we are doing our best to improve the service we provide to our clients. They include their own restaurant with a fireplace, a bar and nicely covered terrace, a well with fresh water and solar collectors. It is surrounded by gardens from two sides in a Mediterranean style.
Besides renting the apartments, we also provide the services connected with providing meals in our apartments (breakfast, half board, as requested). We rent apartments throughout the entire year. It is a great experience to order a meal on the terrace and watch the preparation for a barbecue at the same time. You will be pleasantly surprised by our hospitality. We bear in mind that a guest is a person, not a number for us.
The facility has one of the best location in the town. From the terrace you will have a magnificent view of all three sides and you will especially enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Additionally you may enjoy in sitting on the terrace at night and watching ships in the port.
The house is located in the very center of the old part of the town, surrounded by old walls of the Espanjola fortress. It is located in the last row of houses, having a one-way street passing alongside it and six personal parking places near it.
It is 3 minutes walk away from the town square, port, shopping center, bus station, many restaurants and catering facilities. The facility characteristics: vicinity from the above stated, tranquility, night silence, the most beautiful view in the town. Every apartment has its own entrance and its own terrace which guarantees you enjoying your privacy as much as possible.

The history of tourism on the island of Hvar dates back to the 16 century as pilgrims from Trieste and Venice went through Hvar heading for the Holy Land – Palestine and took the same route to come back. They were mainly Italian, Austrian and German pilgrims. In 1868 a group of well-known Hvar residents led by the bishop who was their contemporary, dr. Jurij Duboković, founded „Higijeničko društvo Hvar“(Hygienic Society of Hvar)– the first professional tourist association in Europe at that time. It was founded upon recommendation of Austrian physicians followed by climatic monitoring and testing performed by the two Croatian scientists (Grgur Bučić and fra Bonagracije Maroević). Some scientific information were collected relating to the Hvar climate which was said to be helping with treating many diseases, especially those connected with respiratory passages owing to a large concentration of iodine in the air. Therefore, it is recommended to take walks by the seafront early in the morning and late in the evening. The first hotel was soon built in Hvar for such purposes aided by financial support of empress Elisabeth. In her honor it was named after her.

The prices in winter season for a stay longer than 20 days is charged 2.5 EUR/day.
As a family we are proud to say that we have been working in catering business for a long time, and our father is a cook. We speak German, English and Italian.
