APARTMENTS HOUSE 'LJUBA & MARE': In my family home I have for rent 3 appartments with beautiful sea views, and 2 studios with views over a green area and a small oak wood.
The bigger studio is on the ground floor which is a help for children or disabled people. All units are pleasant and have a special homely feel.

APARTMENT 'SUN':
APPARTMENT “SUN” (2+3) is on the second floor and is 65 m2, with a big terrace of 25 m2.
The air conditioned apartment consists of a double bed on a raised gallery, and an open plan large living room, kitchen and dining area.
Extra beds are available in the living room.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishes, coffee machine, 4 hot plate electric cooker, fridge and sink.
The bathroom has a small bath and basin, and there is a separate toilet.
The terrace which has a por table barbecue, table and chairs and adjustable sun shield has beautiful views of the Adriatic, island of Cres and Istrian peninsula.
APPARTMENT 'EAST':
APPARTMENT “EAST”(2+2), (38 m2 ), air conditioned, is on the same floor and also consists of a double bed on a gallery and -open- plan living room, kitchen and dining area.
The living room can sleep two extra people. The kitchen is fitted with all dishes, coffee machine, 2 hot plates for cooking, sink and fridge.
The bathroom has a shower. The small balcony has lovely views of the sea and island of Cres.
STUDIO 'OAKWOOD':
STUDIO “OAKWOOD” (2+1) is on the same level and has mini kitchen, double bed and optional extra bed, bathroom with bath, and terrace with sitting area which has a view over a lovely oakwood and old stone house.
“GRANDMA’S APPARTMENT”:
“GRANDMA’S APPARTMENT”(2+1-2), (29 m2) is on the 1st floor and has a double bed, separate sitting area that converts in double bed, and dining area.
There is a separate small fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The balcony also has view of the sea and local quiet area.
STUDIO “LUNA”:
STUDIO “LUNA” (2+2) is on the ground floor and consists of an open plan dining, sitting and kitchen area, with bedroom separated by the curtain.
The kitchen is fully equipt with 2 electric hot plate, sink, fridge and dishes.
The living area can sleep 2 extra people. The bathroom has a bath and is decorated in artistic way.
Outside is a small patio area with table and chairs, surounded with rosmary, cedar, wine and aple tree.
“EAGLE’S NEST”:
On the top of the house there is little view point “EAGLE’S NEST” with double bed and one more additional bed, windows all around, big terrace with sheltered sitting area, open shower unit and mini fridge. Panoramic views of the Malinska bay, island Cres and Istria, and also night sky filled with stars are very nice.
This room can be added to any appartment or studio by request. Toilet is to be used with linked appartment or studio. If room is used as separate unit, toilet is in ground floor in massage studio.

To nearest beach is 5 min walk
Small shop is 10 met. from the garden
Bus stop is 300 met., and to the centre of town is about 800 m
International Rijeka Airport is 15 Km from the house
In the town there are also Internet cafe, rent a bike or scooter, health centre and pharmacy, all of them a few minutes walk from the house.
There are also sport fields, diving school, water-skiing, long walking paths, view points, bicycle tracks and plenty of Mediterranean flora.
There are also 2 banks, 4 cash-points, fitness and massage studios, hairdressers, discotheque, night club, fish restaurants, pizzerias, restaurants with national specialities and terraces by the sea with live music to dance to
Beaches are of rocks or small stones, some have sand in swimming areas
On island Krk you can buy local sheep or goat cheese, olive oil and famous local Zlahtina wine from Vrbnik
There is an option of sight-seeing around the island of Krk, excursions by car or boat, visits to EKO-centre Beli on the island of Cres which is nature reserve of Griphons (white head vultures), or a trip to national parks Plitvice lakes or Brioni
Rafting available in Gorski Kotar, 2 hours drive from Malinska
National park “Risnjak” and nature park “Ucka” are within 20 km from the town of Rijeka, the nearest city in the area.
