Arrival
Booked accommodation is at your disposal from 14:00h on the day of the arrival which was confirmed in your reservation. If you arrive earlier, the accommodation may not be ready or staff may still be cleaning and tidying. In the case that you are delayed and will not arrive before the 20:00 h that evening or the following day, we kindly ask you to inform us on telephone number +385 98 254 568. It is not permitted to exceed the maximum number of persons given in the description of the particular appartment. This does not apply to children under two years of age (it is sensible to bring your own crib, unless the reservation confirms that one will be available). In the case that the number of the persons exceeds the number given in the description, the owner of the accommodation can refuse accommodation to the person who is over the specified number, or to demand a supplement.
Departure
Accommodation should be vacated on the day of departure by 10:00h, so that there is enough time to clean and tidy the accommodation before the arrival of the next customers. If you decide to leave early in the morning, you are kindly asked to inform the owner of the accommodation on the mobile phone +385 98 254 568.
Included costs and additional costs
Consumption of water and electricity are included in price. Detergents, dishwashing liquids and various cleaning liquids are not included in the price. That goes also for toilet paper. The rental price includes use of swimming pool, fitness room and barbecue and its basic equipment. Price rent does not include wood, and coal for barbecue.
The cost of any damage to furniture, dirty dishes, or towels that can not be washed and reused must be paid to the owner.
